Mumbai Indians Bound

West Indies fast bowler Jerome Taylor has been drafted to replace the injured Lasith Malinga for Indian Premier League (IPL) team Mumbai Indians. The move follows reports last week that Malinga would be sidelined for the rest of the tournament after aggravating a bone bruise in his left knee.  The 31-year-old Taylor was recently a part of an ICC World T20 triumph for the West Indies, but only featured in the first match against England. The player also has previous IPL experience having played for the Kings XI Punjab and now-defunct Pune Warriors India.  The Rohit Sharma-led Mumbai are currently fifth in the points table with three wins from seven games they have played so far.
