Micoud Into Veterans Quarter Final

Last year’s third place finishers Micoud, are into the quarter-final of the Caribbean Alliance Veterans Football Tournament. One of the pre tournament favorites came back to gain a point in their clash against Flow Lancers FC on Tuesday night.

Playing for second place in the group, Flow dominated the opening moment of this match up as they went on top through Jonathan John.

Micoud would storm back in the second half as a combination of persistence and a goal keeping error allowed Conrad Evans to get the equalizer. As a result, Micoud will certainly be one of the teams to look out for in the main championship.

The tournament continues tomorrow night in Gros Islet as Central Vieux Fort take on Behind the College All Stars for a chance to move to the quarter-final of the main championship.

  1. What Micoud is one of the teams to look out for. smh. That shabby performance against Lancers. Remember the next round is knockout. You lose you pack your suit case.
