It was an avalanche of goals as action resumed in the 2017 Castries Football Council Youth League on Saturday and Sunday at the SAB Playing Field. The VSADC Pine Hill Dolphins commenced the onslaught, when they scored eight goals against Valley Soccer Club Stingers in the Under 11 division. Jahnard Modest and Jayden Clery registered hat tricks, with one each by Denzel Phillip and Messiah Pinal.
In the other group game Flow Lancers got past Valley Soccer Academy with goals from Marcus Paul, Naheem Remy and Deshaun Paul.In the Under 13 VSADC Pinehill edged out FC Pioneers 1 – 0, while Valley Soccer Academy and Flow Lancers played to a goalless draw.
In the U15 Valley Soccer and Flow Lancers FC battled to an intense 4 – 4 draw. For the Academy Daryl J. Baptiste scored two, with one each by Rio Longville and Daniel Kennedy. Lancers goals were scored by Khailan Vitalis, Danio Caroo, Danny Mosely and Dante Fitz. In another encounter VSADC went down to Pioneers FC 3 – 0.
In an U17 match Pioneers FC mauled Sunrisers FC 10 – 2. Yanic Noel scored a hat trick, Ryan Calderon two and one each from Jonathan Destang, Arthur Hippolyte, Kiddany Joseph, Kiwayne John and Kyvan Modeste. In another match up VSADC Lucozade enjoyed a 2 – 1 victory over Flow Lancers.
Valley Soccer maintained their supremacy with a comfortable 2 – 0 victory over Flow Lancers in the U 19 category, courtesy of a brace from Wilson Charlemagne. In the other game played at the La Clery Playing Field VSADC Lucozade was victorious over FC Pioneer 4 – 2. Their goals were scored by Nathan Weekes, Anthony Mondesir, Kani Lucien and Malyk Athanaze.Pioneers scorers were Rohan Alexander and Harvey Alexander.
