Owen Arthur has called for a moratorium on controversy in West Indies cricket. The now retired prime minister has expressed his disappointment at what he described as the persistent demands of some regional leaders that the WICB be disbanded.  “People are not focusing on cricket per se and that is what the focus needs to be.
