St. Lucia Sports Online has been reliably informed that the embattled coach of a popular football team appeared in court on Thursday. However, the case regarding the former Physical Education teacher and coach accused of 12 counts of infringements with the law, ranging from Gross indecency and Buggery, has been adjourned. According to a well placed source, the teacher in question was placed on bail to the tune of $44, 000 since September.
The teacher and football coach was said to have taken young players on camps and had inappropriate relations with them. According to sources, the former “coach of the tournament” have denied those claims. The accused, represented by popular lawyer Stanley Felix, is to reappear in court in January 2018.
